Requirements

  • PHP 8.4 or newer with the usual extensions (list in the docs)
  • MySQL 8
  • A cron job that runs once a minute
  • Your own AI provider key if you want real AI (optional)

The download already contains the production vendor/ folder and built assets, so no Composer or Node.js is needed on the server.

No. On shared hosting use the database queue and a one-minute cron.

Can I use it on shared hosting?

Yes, with PHP 8.4. The web installer guides you through it.

Do I need an AI account?

No. A local mock provider works out of the box. Add an OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key for real AI.
